Abstract

The mental condition of adolescents plays an important role in the effectiveness of learning activities in formal and informal educational environments. This article aims to analyze various factors that affect adolescent mental health during the learning process, including academic stress, social interaction, and the influence of technology. This study uses a literature review approach. The results of the analysis show that the level of anxiety, learning motivation, and environmental support have a significant impact on adolescents' ability to absorb learning materials. In addition, it was found that teaching strategies that support students' mental well-being can improve active engagement and learning outcomes. By understanding the dynamics of adolescent mental health, it is hoped that educators and stakeholders can design policies and learning methods that are more inclusive and supportive of students' mental health.
